Refunds & Exchanges
REFUNDS
- All products that are undamaged and in original packaging a fully refundable within 14 days or purchase.
Please email orders@albaladecor.co.uk for further details on how to return your item.
- Alba La Decor does not offer pre paid postage, customers are responsible for the postage of returns goods.
- ​Our items are handmade and delicate, so we gift wrap all our products for added protection (and added beauty!), pack the box with shredded paper (eco friendly packaging) and label the box with fragile stickers to ensure couriers take extra care of your perfectly imperfect goods. In the very unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please send photographic evidence within 10 days of the arrival of your product to orders@albaladecor.co.uk. Remember to include your name and order number in the email to allow us to assist us with your query as quickly as possible.
- Items that are returned undamaged and in original packaging will be fully refunded upon receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your bank account.
*Please note that due to the handmade nature of products, there are likely to be slight unique touches to your perfectly imperfect homeware. Air Bubbles and variations of colour and size are expected therefore not classes as damaged goods.
EXCHANGES
- All Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Should you wish to exchange your product for another one, please email orders@albaladecor.co.uk within 10 days of the arrival of the product.
- If the product is not immediately available we will give you an accurate time frame of when your desired product will be available for you.
- Alba La Decor does not offer pre paid postage, customers are responsible for the postage of returns goods.
- Exchanged goods will not be sent until the returned product has been received.
- All returned products must be un damaged and in original packaging.
- The exchanged product must equal the same value or more than the original product. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference of cheaper items exchanged.
